Amanda Engel and Rob Wagner are the property managers. You’ll never have the hassle of trying to reach someone at a large company to resolve an issue. It’s easy to reach Amanda with a call or text; she usually responds within an hour.
In the spring, Amanda and Rob manage turning the sprinklers on, checking the A/C, replacing the furnace filter, and spreading lawn fertilizer. In the fall, they manage turning the sprinklers off, checking the furnace, replacing the furnace filter, trimming trees and bushes, and spreading winter lawn fertilizer.

Amanda Engel has managed multiple properties since 2014.
As your main point of contact, she’ll do everything from providing you with a welcome package of information to make your move as easy as possible to scheduling any needed maintenance work and being on-site to oversee it.
Rob Wagner has invested in real estate since 2006 and has held executive positions in the housing and construction industries. He is known (jokingly and respectfully) as the CMO - that’s Chief Maintenance Officer. Leaky faucet? Dryer not drying clothes? Broken sprinkler head? Rob can most likely fix it very quickly.
